Last weekend a friend and I ate at Bay View (not the hospital!) after previously having a bad experience under previous ownership. I'm so glad we did because the food selection and quality were great, there was some live music entertainment for their Open Mic Night and the remodeled dining room area is very nice looking! Honestly, I'm shocked that more people don't know about this place. Worth a try, tell them Adam R sent 'ya!

What an AMAZING place to host an event! We held a Spring Banquet for a small Christian high school there last night and our expectations were exceeded in every way! (We were about 80 people and we had room for a dance floor). All of the guests LOVED it. The waterfront area outside and the atmosphere inside were perfect for a tropical theme and taking beautiful photos. The service was OUTSTANDING. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Kudos to the chef! From the moment I met the owner, Alberto, I knew he cared personally about making the event the best it could be. His dedicated event managers, Nicole and Amanda, and actually everyone on the event team were the BEST! They were friendly, professional, and eager to please. They made it their mission to make our event a success. We could not be happier with our experience and are SO GRATEFUL to everyone at the Bay View Sports Bar and Grill. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Second time coming since it changed owners. Both times got the Sunday morning Buffet. Great service!! EXCELLENT FOOD. awesome atmosphere. Also really good price on the buffet. Going to try a night out at the bar, or a Sunday afternoon where they play live music! Also it's beautiful inside and outside!

My boyfriend & I decided to give this place a try tonight. Taylor was great. Very attentive & nice. The atmosphere was calm & relaxing. The views were great sitting at the upper level next to the windows. Appetizers we had…. Chicken nachos, 1/2 MD crab & 1/2 cream of crab soup & onion rings. All was great. For entree I had the seafood linguine AMAZING to say The least. My boyfriend had a bacon cheeseburger which he said was outstanding. The new ownership definitely did a 360 with this restaurant. We will definitely be returning.

This was our first time at Bay View Sports Bar & Grill, and wow—we were not disappointed! I had the crab cake platter with green beans and a fresh salad—perfectly seasoned and cooked. We also shared the steamed mussels in garlic, lemon, white wine, and butter, served with crispy bread that was both moist and golden. The Smith Island stew was rich, hearty, and full of flavor—everything we tried was superb! We had the chance to speak with the owner, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Amanda, the bar manager, was an absolute gem—so knowledgeable about the restaurant’s history and the menu. She even went above and beyond to give us a flyer with all the weekly events! My husband and I will definitely be back. As someone who’s a big advocate for great food and exceptional customer service, Bay View delivers on both fronts. —April M.

My husband and I stopped by Bay View Sport Bar and Grill for the first time and had a few drinks. My husband ordered a pulled pork sandwich and fries and I had the cream of crab soup. The food was delicious!! We met the owner Alberto and the bartender Jose. They were very friendly and the service was great! We will be going back!

Jose was an excellent server, very personable and offered recommendations when asked. The food was delicious! We both had soup - my husband had the cream of crab and said it was delightful! I had the Maryland crab soup, which was tomato based with big chunks of crab and veggies. It had a bit of a spicy kick, which i like. My husband had fried clam strips and loved them! I had the mini crab cakes and they had lots of crab and not a lot of filler. Delicious!
